How Can YOU Tell If Someone Has A Structural Problem?

Although an x-ray is the best way to tell if someone has a structural issue in their spine, there are some other indicators that can be very obvious.  Have you ever been sitting next to a coworker and noticed their head is not sitting over their shoulders but instead out in front?(see photos)  This is one clear indicator that someone probably has a structural issue and the same goes for posture when you are standing.  If someone shows the same forward head posture in the upright position they are likely to have a structural issue as well.  So why does it matter?

While it may not seem like a huge issue, structural problems lead to problems in the spine such as arthritis and disc issues in addition to the neurological effects.
